Help toddler bumps

3 year old woke up itching this morning with what look like small blisters all over her arms and scattered on radom parts of her body. She has had chicken pox before and the vaccine afterwards but this looks and feels similar to when she had them. No appointments available until tomorrow. Any one know what this could be?
