Do oil absorbing cloths make you break out?

Last year I had no problems with acne except for the occasional blemish right before or after my period. Well this year I have bumps everywhere and I get at least two white heads a day. It's really aggravating me because I thought I grew out of the whole acne thing but I guess not. I realized that I just started to use those oil absorbing cloths over the summer and I'm thinking those are just clogging my pores. What do you guys recommend for breakouts?
