Is he cheating ?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 6 years now. I am pregnant with baby #3, however for about a month now, his area down there suddenly has no smell, like he washes it before coming over/coming home he has never done that ever in the years we’ve been together. Same for if we have sex he’s hopping right up to go to the bathroom to wash it with soap and water. He’s never done that either. He says if he doesn’t it makes him “itchy” and leaves white crust on him but it never has before and he’s never washed up immediately after either. We don’t live together sometimes he stays the night but he normally lives with his mom. Red flag ??
