Early symptoms?

Hey everyone! I was just wondering what some of your early symptoms have been? I am TTC #4. I also have PCOS. My husband and I have really struggled with loss, including an ectopic that cost my left tube and almost my life last December. Anyway, I've had a good feeling about this cycle. I'm 4DPO. I'm experiencing extreme thirst and cramping/diarrhea. My other babies are older, so I don't remember the early symptoms. What are/were some of yours? Baby dust to all <3
