Implantation bleed or period

Hello , my cycles are normally 30 days long give or take 2 either side . This cycle when I decided to take an ovulation test on cd. It was positive then today cd24 I started a bleed . Same colour as period but only getting it on the paper when I wipe . I only have a spot on the pad I put on . I think it’s way to early for me . I know I’m in the menopause age but I don’t know . This is short cycle not normal . What you guys think . I’m 45 turning 46 next month . Been trying for 7 yrs .
