Let’s try this again lol. Period 47 days late and seeing bloody line or string stuff.

My period is 47 days late. I have been testing negative. Sometimes when I go to the bathroom I see this bloody stringy line stuff when I wipe and sometimes I don’t se anything. Like it comes and goes. Usually when I have a BM something it comes from my vagina with very light blood on the tissue when I wipe. My last period was July 28th and was my normal 6 days. I’ve never been this late before and I’m only 39. Seem like it’s too soon for my period to just stop for good. Also the last maybe 4 weeks I’ve been having this weird sensation in my lower stomach throughout the day and night like flutter feeling. I’m thinking it’s gas but it’s every day. Has anyone experienced this? I’m scared to receive bad news.
