Health issues anyone relate?

I have chronic fatigue and allergies, went to an allergy specialist for the poke test which I reacted to everything. Got bloodwork including allergy bloodwork and a ct scan on my head for head pressure and headaches. Found chronic sinusitis and that I have a deviated 2mm septum on the right side. Then found out my immunoglobulin/IgE is way over the range which is supposed to be 1-100 but mine is 917…dr sent prescription for an epipen because she’s concerned that I could go into anaphylactic shock one day. Now that I know about these issues I’ll be getting them taken care of lol. I can’t take any allergy medicines, they all make me groggy and oversleep. The dr suggested trying Pepcid which I’ve never heard of but from what I was told and read it’s a cousin to Benadryl and fights histamines/allergies from the stomach.

Anyone relate to these and experiences?
