Daughter doesn't respect me because husband turned her into a brat

My husband has always undermined my parenting with my daughter. If I say no, he says yes. To the point that she's 13 and will scream at the top of her lungs if she doesn't get what she wants. She wanted the new iPhone. I said no. She screamed and cried to my husband so he bought her one. She wanted a Macbook. I said no she already had a laptop. Screams, cries, goes to my husband. She's so embarrassing because she's one of those kids that we have to bring gifts for her to open at other kids birthday parties or she will lose it so we don't get invited to parties anymore. My husband constantly enables her. Calls me a bad mom anytime I try to put my foot down or discipline. He will let our son wear the same shoes until they are falling apart but she asks for a new phone and it's automatic. She doesn't even bother asking me anything or taking me seriously because she knows my husband will always side with her and she will always get what she wants. I love her but I'm sick of the disrespect!
