ppd???????
i’m not sure if i have ppd or something else. my baby is nearly 8 months old. For a while I have been crying most days and feeling very down. it’s to do with a few different things though like past relationships, doing it all by myself. Does that mean it’s not ppd because I know why i am sad all the time?
