Advise??

Me and my husband just started our first poly relationship,the girl is AMAZING we clicked and have been in sync from the beggining from how were feeling to what were expecting and everythingin between BUT when it comes to the 3 of us in bed my husdand is making me feellikean "after thought", just.trying to figure out how to bring it up without making our girlfriend feel bad about.it because it literally has nothing to.do.with her end (like.i said in sync)

I don’t know I would say communication is the best answer here- I would definitely talk to your husband first. He is ultimately the one that you have to communicate every feeling with, simply because he is your husband (long term) 
Your “friend” (like you mentioned) really has nothing to do with it. 
Try bringing up to your husband what you want him to do to you during “that time” but bring it up when him and you are alone sometime. Tell him every detail of how YOU want to experience “that time” 
Also
Try going out of your way to connect with her- ask her deep thoughtful questions, even if it’s over text and try to gently grow a connection through conversation starters (just google “deep conversation starter questions) 
If these feelings continue for you then I would recommend a group chat with all three of you guys 
You have to be honest with everybody involved it’s only fair
If you don’t address this now
You would start to feel resentment over time towards the both of them, or you yourself are going to leave the bedroom feeling like “did I even need to be in there with them” (which is NOT the feeling that a 3way is supposed to leave)
