Husband doesn’t put me first

I think I love my husband more than he does me, because I feel neglected and he won’t listen to how I feel. He just waves it off and his anxiety makes him go from 0 to 100. I guess you could say he’s got anger management problem. He sometimes gets so enraged that he shows no empathy or love! He can be really mean too. He wasn’t like this when we were dating but he’s behavior has intensified as time has gone on. I’m not sure if he truly loves me, I feel like I could be disposable to him at any moment. are people like this capable to love?
