What is going on with me ?!

Hi everyone,

So my last normal period was 8/31. My next period was due on 9/30 which didn’t show. I started spotting on 10/2 just like I had when pregnant with my son. Then it stopped and I didn’t have anymore bleeding until 10/5 which turned heavy. I passed two large clots. During this time I had VERY strong pregnancy symptoms just like I had with both of my pregnancies. My boobs hurt me very badly which never happens unless I’m pregnant. I had one positive pregnancy test but went to the doctor who did blood work and it was negative. Since then the pregnancy symptoms have continued. I stopped bleeding. Now today, 10/16 I am having more pink spotting. I NEVER spot mid cycle. I just really don’t know what’s going on…. My doctor wants me to come back in to have a repeat beta hcg done sometime this week which I will do.
