6 weeks! Everything looks okay?

I measured at 6 weeks 1 day today! I thought I was further along but I guess i ovulated late or somethin! Does this looks okay for 6 weeks? They thought I was miscarrying because I was bleeding so was so relieved to see a heartbeat!

Heartbeat: 128 bpm

YOLK SAC: Present and normal in size and appearance. MEAN GESTATIONAL SAC SIZE: 10 mm = 5 weeks 0 days MEAN CROWN RUMP LENGTH: 4 mm = 6 weeks 1 days

And my hcg is only about 8,000, not doubling but going up steadily.

Has anyone experienced anything like this??
