Iud periods

I’m still new with the iud I have the mirena and my periods are kinda going away just a little bleeding whatever…I had sex with my boyfriend he came inside me and I got my period I think anyway same symptoms super sad little bleeding breakouts I just want like other peoples idk stories or what not I don’t think I’m pregnant obviously I have the iud but there’s still a chance…I guess I’m just looking to talk to someone who has the mirena also and maybe went through this
