So confused

I had sex on the 26 as far as i know he used a condom in the moment i told him to cum in me i dont know if he did we havent talked much since it happened. I had spotting the next day and sore boobs 4 days after. I had cramping and nausea 2 days before my period was supposed to start i waited to test till my period was 4 days late it was negative. Since then I've had sore boobs, puked a few times, nausea, extreme headaches, cramping and back pain its been almost 20 days and still getting negative tests and still no period. I have to sleep with a heating pad every night because of the cramps. Edit i dont have a ob cause its by referral in canada cant just go see one. I have pcos periods have been regular since April usually if its late i dont get symptoms
