Missed perood and 8 days late

Hey ladies. So, Im like clock work each month 27 days for my cycle. I have never missed a period. I have took test and all negative. I have seen my doctor this past monday and was negative as well. I contacted my obgyn to schedule a appointment for my yearly and brought up my concern about me missing my period and they said its to early. I just worry something could be wrong. Has anyone experienced this? I'm not which group to post as this is my 1st one i've ever made. Thank you!
