Could we have conceived?

Yesterday I had watery to ewcm and right side pelvic pain that was very dull in the morning but increased slightly throughout the day. I also took 3 O PKs at 9am 1pm and 8pm and they were increasingly darker. We BD last night and the 2 previous nights. A few hours after BD last night I peed, wiped and had ewcm mixed with the littlest bit of blood. Today no pelvic pain but still ewcn. CD 14 and supposedly my most fertile day.
