Is this normal or sign of an infection?

Hi everyone,

I got an IUD put in a month ago. I have been spotting on and off since then. I may or may not have had a period or two, I really can’t tell lol. But some days I have a cramp in my lower left pelvic area, so it’s making me question if things are okay or not. I’ve been wondering if the colour of the discharge I’m having is normal or not. Is it just blood tinged? Or could this be a sign of infection?
