Not pleased

Hello all! I’ve been with my husband for 10 years and he’s not so pleasing in bed. I lost my virginity to him so having sex with him is all I know. But I feel like I need more than what he’s giving in bed to be more satisfied. I’ve told him I need more kisses passion etc and he will do it maybe the next time then I gotta tell him again. I’ve tried to tell him during the moment and that turns him off cuz he says he don’t like people telling him what to do. And when I initiate it it feels like I’m forcing him and idk what to do
