What do u like to use for leaking colostrum

I’m thinking about buying nipple pads because my right nip has started leaking very often at 19 weeks. I’m probably not gonna start collecting what leaks yet because it isn’t much, but it is enough that it leaves small wet circles that turn into crust marks on my bras and shirts if I’m not wearing a bra, which is… not cute. Are nipple pads worth the $? Or should I just buy the cheap cotton rounds used for removing makeup? Not sure how much nipple pads cost yet but I’m sure the cotton rounds are cheaper. And do u find the pads dry ur nipples out, like should I get a nipple cream? Or will it be fine
