1 year party ideas

My little guys bday party is in a month. So far there’s about 20 adults, 3 kids and 6 babies (around 1 year give or take). The party is 1-3 so we’re not serving lunch, but will serve simple snacks & drinks.

I’m not sure what to do for activities though. We’ll let my little guy open a few gifts but besides that, I don’t know what to plan.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated ! We’re trying to keep it all as cost efficient as possible.
