When did u experience Flutters?

When is the earliest you have all felt movement? I phoned my doctor today because.of a strange feeling in my belly and she said with being underweight and my second (hopefully) full term pregnancy there is a strong chance its the baby but that seems insane as im only 10 weeks tomorrow. Ive searched it and their seems to be a lot of different opinions. It definitely is not gas and its quite a pleasant sensation so i know i shouldnt be fussed I have an US in two weeks and my doctor says if its a very active little ghoul its definitely the baby. I think this is made anyone else?
