HCG Confusion

I found out I was pregnant about a week and a half ago. Went in for blood test and hcg was 15. Two days later 23. Four days later was only 26 so we’d resolved ourselves to the pregnancy ending. They wanted to do blood again today so that they could confirm it was decreasing. It almost quintupled since Monday and went up to the 120s.

It sounds like it’s either ectopic or it’s abnormal. I guess what I’m looking for is any similar stories so I don’t feel so alone and even though I will not let myself go too far down this road, if there are any stories where you had an abnormal road with hcg and then went on to have a healthy pregnancy, old love to hear that too.
