Could I be pregnant ?

Hello , first time possible mom here . My birthday was 10/1 and me and my boyfriend have been doing it unprotected non stop since even during my cycle that started 10/7-10/12 . I took a test on 10/13 and it was negative so I assumed I wasn’t pregnant . I started feeling uneasy and just super hungry & nauseous /dizzy . I also vomited for the first time in a while without alcohol being the reason why . so I took another test on 10/22 & it said negative at first & i saw a faint positive so I left it cause it was more negative than positive and then I forgot about it for 5 minutes when i came back it was positive with an evaporation line ? (I found out about those on google lol ) Could I be pregnant or did I wait too late to read my results ? ( disclaimer : I don’t know if I’m late on my cycle for this month or not because since I got off iud in 2020 it’s been irregular ever since . It will come in the beginning, middle or end of a month for 5-7 days super heavy / or 1-2 days but SUPER light)
