Does taking Letrozole & Metformin helped anyone get pregnant, with PCOS?

I been taking metformin here and there; but Letrozole every time I got my period from day 3-7  for the past one year. Had an miscarriage around April; and haven’t gotten pregnant since. 
Anyone who have gotten pregnant with PCOS using those medications? Also I get my period every month except sometimes the date are off with my periods and/or long 5-10 days. 
We have one child but trying for another. Any advice / feedback will be helpful.

I did two IUIs with Letrozole and it worked on the second cycle after trying for 1.5 years without medication.
For the IUI cycles i did Letrozole 2.5 mg, then an ovulation trigger shot. After the IUI, I took progesterone suppositories for 2 weeks or so.

OMG! Eveything you wrote is ME! 
I have a son and been trying and had a miscarriage last April. I been on letrozole and Metformin but didn’t seem to help. my periods come every month but could be off by couple days. It’s really frustrating when we have pcos with this whole process. Did you end up getting pregnant? Any suggestions helpszz!
