Not pregnant

Hi everyone, let me begin by saying I had to brush reduction surgery as of January 12 this year, I was on the depot shot which made me gain a lot of weight and now I’m trying to lose it . I am desperate for weight loss tips, I have tried gym, I stopped eating sweet, drink a lot of water, Keyshia koair teabags, weight, loss pill, and nothing is working. I am 100% positive I am not pregnant. I have run all kind of test. I did ultrasound I have my birth control implant Nexplanon I also did bloodwork. I also take pregnancy test everything is negative…. I’m in desperate for help.
