Do I owe my ex husband an apology?

Me and my ex husband had a lot of issues in our marriage but most of them stemmed from my family. My family hated him so it caused a lot of fighting between us. A lot of stuff happened between him and my parents and eventually he full on lost respect for my parents and started hating them as much as they hated him so he wouldn't even pretend to be civil. Something that would always cause a huge fight was my cousin Mikey. I had known Mikey since I was little. He and his parents and sister lived with us at one point. My ex husband hated Mikey. He always said he got a weird feeling about Mikey. He didn't like Mikey touching our son's. One of the biggest fights we ever had was Mikey was wanting to take the boys camping and my ex said no. We fought about it and he called me an idiot for not seeing what a perve Mikey is and I called him a perve for sexualizing family. We always fight over Mikey along with other stuff. Well now my sister sent me a screenshot of Mickey's mugshot. He is being charged with child pornography charges. He had hundreds of videos and pictures of boys as old as 15 and as young as 2 and statutory rape of a 14 year old girl. So my ex was correct about Mikey this whole time. My mom and aunt says there's a lot of misunderstanding and they believe Mikey will be cleared. I don't think he's innocent at all because how do you come into possession with all that. I feel like reaching out to my boys dad to apologize. Would you do that?
