Help?..

I ovulated day 15 of my cycle, and experienced spotting on day 21 and 22. It was light pink/brown discharge (sorry for tmi). Today is day 30 and my period didn't start. I took a test and it was negative. Am I just late or did I not wait long enough for a test. My cycle is usually no more than 31 days long ever. I've had light cramps, extremely sore breasts, constipation and light nausea. Thanks for any advice
