My son hit my 3 month old

This morning My son threw a wood block at close range, I wasn’t quick enough to block it and it caught my 3 month old’s eyebrow. She now has a small cut that did bleed for a couple minutes and I wiped with a wipe as it was the closest thing to me. Should I worry about taking her to her doctor since It did hit her head and broke skin? Should I put something on it? Should I let her nap still? I will def be keeping a closer eye on her but she seems okay as of right now I’m just worried bc it did bleed and did hit her head
