Miscarriage help and suggestions for TTC

I had a miscarriage last week. I was 6 weeks pregnant but had miscarriage. I have been trying for Baby#1 for 2yrs, conceived and then lost it….😭😭
Pls suggest how to cope up and when it is safe to start trying for my miracle baby.I so wanted to have my baby asap. I am loosing my mind.Pls help…🙏
