Transfer two embryos??

Thoughts on transferring two?? 
Can’t help but think about what the outcome would’ve been if I transferred two the first time around but doc didn’t allow it.
First transfer ended in a bio chemical got positives at 5 days post transfer but the lines didn’t get darker blood work was 15 and it dropped from there.

My doctor said it was based on age, because I'm 36, my first FET would be just one embryo, but if I was 38 it would be 2. If this first FET doesn't work for me, they recommend 2 for the second time.

My 1st FET I transferred 2 and I ended up with one but developed an SCH and lost it. 2nd FET I transferred 2 and that was a chemical. My embryos aren’t tested. Transferring 2 embryos can go so many ways. Wishing you the best outcome!!!

With my history I dont think they'll ever let me transfer two. I have a story of miscarriages and complications.. d&c, extreme bloodloss...  so they've always said that if both implant and one miscarries it might drag the other along in the miscarriage....

A couple months ago I would have been all for transferring 2… but now….I would not suggest it lol. 
We transferred 1 embryo and it split and I’m now carrying twins. 
My friend at the same clinic transferred 2, and one embryo split and she ended up with triplets. (She did Miscarry though) 
But even still… I now think it would be too much of a risk but at the end of the day that decision is a very personal one. Only you could decide

Are your embryos PGT tested and good quality? Do you want twins or would prefer singleton?  For a high quality embryo, the success rate is 50-60% which is pretty high. Meaning transferring 2 embryos is a decently high chance for twins.  So unless you really want twins, most fertility clinics will not transfer 2 embryos unless you have poor quality embryos (so lower success rates) and/or have had multiple prior failed transfers. As awful as it is, one failed transfer is actually very common and typically doesn’t impact your likelihood of future success. I had 3 failed transfers and transferring multiples wasn’t even up for discussion given their high quality and I also didn’t want twins.
