Abortion pill vs. Surgical procedure?

What is the pros and cons? I want the surgical only because I live in a religious household and want to keep it a secret and I also, have a child that I need to take care of. The only problem is that I am scared of having instruments up there? If that makes sense. I had a miscarriage before and know that the pill will be brutal but, again I don’t know if I should risk suffering for a bit. I believe to be about 7-8 weeks. Appointment is on a Saturday.

Surgical is definitely better than Medical in my opinion. It's an in and out situation with the surgical. Medical is lots of pills taking, the cramps were worst (in my opinion) lots of blood and I didn't like the doubt if the sack has passed or not.

I had the pill at 8 weeks and it wasnt bad like everybodymade it to be. I bled about 30 min after the pills and i took it at night so i was laying down and everythingcame out i saw tissue and i was bleeding all night with cramps but they werent terrible at all. I did get diarrhea that night only. The next day it was like a regular period. Then it started being lighter bleeding. Wasnt scary at all.

I always recommend surgery if the clinic provides sedation. You get knocked out for a few minutes and wake up with the surgery done. You also bleed a little less than the pill. It may seem scary but the recovery process is faster than the pill IMO.
