TTC for 10months - is it real?!!

TTC for 10 months, had blazing opk this morning CD26, but didn’t expect much as many have LH surge before af. Had vivid dreams 1.5 week ago so i was thinking maybe but with my PCOS and poor semens test result didn’t expect much. But finally have this.. hope it sticks.. i will test again tomorrow to be sure..

What we did differently this time..Husband took coQ10 and myofolate for me.
