How to ask for diff BC?

Hello! I'm a 17 yr old gal here who's thinking about sex for the first time! Yayyy! I love him very very much, and I cannot imagine my life without him. I'm very very aware of the side effects of sex (grown attachment, lots if new emotions, possible pregnancy) and I am willing to accept the risks. HOWEVER I am on the BCP and it's very difficult for me to take it exactly at 9:00pm (my time). I want to get the implant because It is the most effective but how exactly could I bring this up with my mum? Just staright up say , "mum, I want to start having sex bug BCP is not good?" Thanks!
