When do you pump?

Do you guys pump 2-3 hours from the time you last began pumping or 2-3 hours from when you finished pumping? Not sure if my question makes sense. How often do you pump?

Answer

When people say to feed baby or pump every 2-3 hours, it’s referring to starting the clock from start of the feed/pump. That way you’re getting 8-12 pumps in a 24 hour period.
