implantation blood ?

my period is late by 16 days and i have gotten 6 negative pregnancy tests in the last 12 days. i have nausea and im also under a lot of stress right now so i know it could be due to that but is this what implantation looks like ? haven’t had sex in a month and i feel like with the symptoms i’m having i would’ve turned up positive by now. i’ve been having symptoms since before my period was due but nope nothing… i don’t want to be pregnant but i just can’t shake the feeling that i might be.
