I thought he was the one but...

I am 20 years old and I met him two years ago. At first we were only in situationship as they call it, but things started to get serious about a year ago. He met my family, we even went on vacation together in July. Even tho we have never really talked about our relationship status, I had belived we were in a serious relationship. He often tells me that he loves me. I study in another city but we see eachother every week. Last week I wanted to talk about some things that were bothering me... like how he never goes down on me, never calls me pretty, makes jokes about how much I eat. He is very loving in general and I like spending time with him. However, after the conversation he told me that he doesnt really see a future with me but that he would still like to continue because he likes spending time with me. And what hurt me the most was that he wasnt really sure if this was serious relationship. I fell rejected because I really fell in love. Should I end the relationship?
