6 week wait

I know was supposed to wait six weeks post C-section but I had sex today three weeks post C-section. I waited until all the bleeding stopped and all the pain stopped. I don’t know my anxiety or if something is wrong. I did plenty of research and I have my appointment on the fifth, but I’m just asking this group. Should I be worried about something? I took all the necessary precautions now my lip is twitching. I do know I have extreme anxiety and that can cause my arm and face and leg to get numb. If I get nervous which I am now should I be worried and I also emailed my doctor and told her the twitching started literally five minutes after we were done having sex. Everything else came after I started overthinking it.

Update: spoke to my doctor and she said I took the correct steps and as long as I’m pumping I’m not ovulating yet …but just to make sure I call. If I have any abdominal pain or smelling discharge but I should be just fine
