Last child is almost 3

Do any other csection mothers have minor issues with their csection area still being tender or sore years beyond having their csection? Mine still sometimes feels tender or when i touch the area, feels like (lack of a better explanation) electricity shocking me at times. First cesarean was an emergency, i was put out with general anesthesia. second was TOLAC but ended in a cesarean anyway. (But not an emergency. I had a spinal tap.) So 2 total csections. My youngest will be 3 in January. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.
