9dpo hoping for a baby

Hii im 9 dpo yesterday i had sore breasts and very sensitive nipples today the pain is much better also after ovulation days i had infection we have been trying for a year with no luck could it be pregnancy? And another question my cycle is from 25/28 days. Normally is it too early to take a test now
