18 WEEKS ULTRASOUND CONCERN 🥹

Just wondering there was a blood cloth seen in my 18 weeks ultrasound. Seen my doc and doc said will see more in next ultrasound? Report say ‘13x5cm plac clot/cyst seen in anatomy”.

I am just worried how minor/major ? Will that goes away ? Is it something worried about ? Doc said baby is doing good in report and ultrasound.

I have no spotting, pain, cramps or anything.

I have had in first trimester sub chronic bleed then later had black spotting for couple weeks and now I am good.

Please help 🥹
