2dpo slight cramps/backaches

Let me start off saying I know these technically aren’t pregnancy symptoms. Or even implantation at this point.

BUT has anyone experienced slight cramps all around front uterus and have an achey lower back around 2dpo that ended in bfp?

Totally symptom spotting & holding out mega hope as this is cycle 7 of trying for us😅 I don’t recall having these feelings so soon after ovulation before.
