Would you date this guy if his brother was like this?

I've been seeing a guy who I really like for a few weeks now. I just went over his house. He lives in a one bedroom with his brother. I'm 19 and so is he. His brother is apparently 18 and I've never met him. When I go over to his house I'll be honest, the room kind of had an odor. He told me his brother pisses sometimes on his bed and he ordered a new mattress for him. I said was his brother disabled or something. He said no. He just has issues. Also his brother tried to commit suicide 2 months ago. His brother sounds mentally unstable. Granted I haven't met him yet but my mom was mentally unstable and was extremely abusive because of it so mentally unstable people scare me. Should I run for the hills or at least meet this brother first?
