Missed dose of progesterone! Any advice??

I am very upset with myself.

I had a fresh embryo transfer done only 1 day ago. I have been on progesterone (vaginally) 2x a day for the last 5 days.

Well I fell asleep super early yesterday and bolted up at 6 am from my sleep state as I suddenly remembered that I forgot my evening dose.

I ended up taking a dose right away.

I messaged my doctor but they only open at 9 am and I’m freaking out for the time being.

I am so scared that my mistake would make me to lose the embryo since it’s sooo early 😢

Had anyone experienced missing a dose of progesterone? What guidance did you receive?
