Postive beta

Ladies i got my beta yesterday at 9 days post transfer and i have another beta tomorrow. Feeling hopeful, but super scared once ultrasound day comes, because ive had a postive before but with a blighted ovum. So now my question is, what were your symptoms leading on to your positive, (pregnancy at 4 weeks exact). Im having backpain and weird pinchy/twinges in my ovaries/cramps and kind of going down to my butt…? I know backpain is an early pregnancy symptom but how about the others? I am on progesterone and estrace as well.
