What foods go to your baby
I heard some people mention that some foods and craving go to the mother and some to the baby....how can i.... (when I become pregnant) help my child have as much nutrition and food go to him/her than me gain the weight and babh come out small but still healthy. I don't care not one bit of gaining the weight again at all. I'm just curious as to what I can do to get a healthy chunky baby. I hear some babies were 10 lbs 9lbs.. etc. My daughter was 7lbs 10 1/2 oz & 22 in long & Healthy Thank god. I ate pretty healthy and exercised regularly.
