Gift ideas, help me please!

Hello everyone! I was wondering if some creative minds could help me.

Every year this one cousin gives very unrealistic gift ideas (normally impossible to find or hours of driving to find) and this year she’s basically said she doesn’t know. The past few years I bought her body care like dr teals (she loves them) but don’t want to gift the same thing every year.

Any ideas on what I could possibly get her? I’m willing to even build a basket or something just not sure where to start.
