Full achy feeling in uterus

Anybody ever had this feeling before? Even my cervix hurts. Sex hurts. It just hurts and feels so “full and heavy” Glow says I ovulated today but I’m not even sure because I had a miscarriage back in October. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy?
