Ttc 2 years. Feel defeated.

8dpo and testing negative. Feeling really defeated as we can’t afford ivf and have been trying a very long time now after a miscarriage at 16 weeks. Partner has low sperm 12ml and everything ok with me as far as I know. I’ve taken progesterone pessaries this cycle after ovulation to help implantation but doesn’t look promising. Just wondered if anyone had any advice. Thought I’d turn to this group as I feel no one understands our position.
