BBT Help 🥰

I took my bbt 40 minutes before when I normally take it, fell back to sleep for an hour and took my temperature again, at this point it would’ve been 20 minutes after I usually take my temperature.

Well my bbt when I first took it was HIGHER than the temperature I took after an hour of sleep, is this normal? I would’ve thought that going back to sleep for an hour would have meant a higher temperature! But it actually decreased. Is this normal?? Does anyone know why this happens?
